We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before shipment, in which case any payment will be refunded.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product availability. If a pricing or availability error occurs after you place an order, we will contact you and either correct it with your agreement or cancel the order and refund any payment.

We make every effort to describe products accurately. Color and visual representation of natural materials such as shellac may vary slightly from screen to actual product due to display calibration and natural variation in the material itself.

Our liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of products from Shellac.net is limited to the price paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes will be resolved in good faith and, where necessary, in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
